"Making use of nature without causing harm" – this is the philosophy of the Biosphere Park Grosses Walsertal.

Biosphere parks are model sites which strive for sustainable development and, in various corners of the world, seek regional answers to the question: how can we create a balanced relationship between protection of the natural environment and the needs of man?
