In the Grosses Walsertal a group was formed in 2003 which was concerned with the collection and effects of herbs for tea and with the production of herbal tea blends. The tea group sells little packets of tea in the dairy farm shops and selected tea rooms. The women of the Mountain Tea Project are not concerned with producing large quantities but with understanding and valuing the herbs and their effects – they want to pass on this understanding to their customers.
Partner businesses in the valley serve the aromatic mountain herb tea. Ask for it!
