Education for Sustainable Development tries to impart knowledge, values and behaviors that are necessary for a sustainable future and positive development of the society. Environmental education for families, schools and interested individuals is a real focus for the Biosphere Park Grosses Walsertal. The popular “Wild Walser Ways” are Biosphere Park Adventure experience weeks for school groups. Within the summer programme there are Biosphere Park Adventure experience days for locals and visitors. In addition Experience Trails on the topics of “Forest”, “Avalanches” and “Flowers” invite visitors on educational walks and strolls.
