Project leader: Regional Planning Association Grosses Walsertal

Project period: August 1999 to June 2000

As part of this project, over 50 inhabitants of the Grosses Walsertal were visited and interviewed by students of class 4B of the tourism school in Bludenz. This lead to lively contributions on the people of the Grosses Walsertal, their living and working spaces, their interests, associations and customs. Using literature, supplementary, partly historical contributions were put together. The photographic material on the CD comes from the project team, from private individuals of the Grosses Walsertal and from the Sonntag camera club. The focus of the photo documentation is the topic “Conserving nature by exploiting it”. The project presents numerous characteristic features of natural habitats and local beauty spots.
