The partner businesses of the Biosphere Park Grosses Walsertal are tourism and catering businesses as well as providers of private accommodation who have committed to and are implementing clear criteria regarding the philosophy of the biosphere park. The criteria were worked out together with the businesses. The goal is to ensure that the biosphere park is both seen and felt on an everyday level within the tourism industry.

30 tourism-related businesses are now accredited as partner businesses. Each partner business is easily recognised by a glass plaque with the partner businesses logo. Accreditation lasts for 2 years and checks are made each year that the criteria are being adhered to.
